As a EBF mom I used these all the time to catch my let down on the other breast while I nurse. Ive been able to build a milk storage by only using this and no pumps! Its pretty easy to clean and comfortable once you place it in your bra.

I was looking more for something that breathed and wouldnt touch my nipples and this delivered. It has a silicone front so it doesnt protrude as much as others, there is a plug opening if you want some air in there, comfortable and can fit any size nipple. It does collect my milk from letdown well but that was not the purpose of the purchase. Would recommend if you arent wanting anything to touch your nips during healing or needing a break to breathe.

These are GREAT! I have an oversupply of milk and this has come in handy so much! Especially with feedings and after a shower. It collects a good amount and is comfortable to wear. When baby is hungry, I put it on the side Im not feeding. It also fits well in my maternity bra.
